WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Account Manager, you will assist the Sales department.

• Assist customers via F2F, phone and email
• Assist with small quotes and manage daily orders
• Create and update sales spreadsheets such as trackers, timelines, payment schedules, etc.
• Load orders and quotes into Salesforce
• Maintain website and update costs
• Handle LinkedIn and Salesforce account

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Customer service representative experience
• Sales support and / or experience a plus
• Associate degree preferred
• MSWD and Excel skills
• Salesforce experience a plus
• Detailed and organized
• Communication skills
• Live within driving distance of Monona, WI

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm

Length: Temporary to Hire or Direct Hire

Pay for the Account Manager position: $18.00-$21.00/hr. based on experience

Location: Monona, WI. Possible hybrid schedule option after training. Must live within driving distance of Monona, WI.
